Gene Weaver allows users to integrate phenotype centered gene sets across species, tissue and experimental platform. Sets can be stored, shared and compared privately, among user defined groups of investigators, and across all users.

Autism candidate genes via mouse phenomics. Journal of Biomedical Informatics. This paper illustrates the use of the Ontological Discovery Environment to augment a set of known disease related genes with predictions of disease associated genes.
